About Lofts on the Levee
Located along the Saco River in downtown Biddeford, Lofts on the Levee offers thoughtfully designed apartments at The Levee. The community is home to Lofts North, a new 51-unit apartment building arriving in summer of 2026, and Lofts South, a 96-unit residential community located within a restored historic mill building. → We are a pet-friendly community and allow up to two (2) cats or dogs per apartment following pet approval. If the Tenant chooses to have a pet on the premises, the Tenant shall pay a one-time nonrefundable Pet Owner Fee of $250 per pet. This fee is due upon move-in of the pet and is not refundable under any circumstances. The Pet Owner Fee does not limit the Tenant’s responsibility for any damage caused by the pet or other additional fees or charges that may be assessed for cleaning, repairs, or other damages associated with the pet. The Tenant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations regarding pets as outlined in their lease agreement. Residents will be assessed a monthly pet fee for approved pets of $75/pet. → Parking is available in a reserved off-street parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis with 1 parking permit provided per studio or bedroom. Additional parking is available in the Pearl Street Parking Garage for $65/month for unlimited parking or $35 for nights & weekends (Mon-Fri: 6pm-7am, Sat/Sun: 24/7).
→ Utilities are not included. Heat/AC pumps run off individual electric usage and water/sewer is sub-metered and billed directly. Plug-and-play high-speed Wi-Fi through Premium Choice Broadband is $75/month.
